Stephen E. Feldman is the founder and CEO of the Feldman Law Group. He has been practicing intellectual property law for more than 42 years. Mr. Feldman’s concentration is in enforcement and defense of patents, trademarks and copyrights.
Mr. Feldman has been in the medical field for over 30 years representing hospitals, physicians, medical companies, and inventors including: major hospitals, cancer treatment companies, and inventors of surgical procedures and joint replacements.
Jonathan Foltz President
Jonathan Foltz is the President of InrexTest, Inc. A medical industry executive with knowledge developing drugs, devices and combination products, Mr. Foltz brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and project management in the medical industry. As a manager or consultant to a number of medical device and pharmaceutical companies, he has overseen all stages of testing, from bench studies to Phase III human clinical trials.
Specializing in early stage companies, Mr. Foltz has faced the challenge of working with labs and researchers to gather the data needed for FDA submissions while conserving cash. Mr. Foltz earned an MBA in 1998 from the University of Connecticut, in the Executive MBA Program, and a 1983 BS in Finance and Computer Science from Lehigh University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
